We do our absolute best to make it very easy to order from us, and we have several locations across the United States, Mexico and Canada that you can receive same day delivery from depending on where you are located. Nylon sheet, rod and tube are often not shipped just after being cut, or if you are ordering Nylon standard sizes, oftentimes the Nylon has to be thermoformed or changed in some way to meet the requirements of your use or application.

Polymershapes offers fabrication for these needs. Most Nylon is cut, routed, thermoformed or treated in some way. Our fabrication department services include computerized numeric control production saws for precision cutting (CNC Machines), Milling, Turning, Routing, Thermoforming (which includes vacuum forming, drape forming, free blow molding, compression forming, and plug assist molding), heat strip bending, cold forming, hot stamping, edge finishing/polishing, and cementing/bonding or welding.

Nylon is available in the following grades and types: Extruded, Cast, Unfilled, Glass Filled, Heat Stabilized, Lubricant Filled, Molybdenum Disulfide Filled, or Oil Filled.
