POLYMERSHAPES COMPLETES ACQUISITION OF PATRIOT PLASTICS INC
CHARLOTTE, NC – March 4, 2019 – Polymershapes LLC today announced the successful completion of its acquisition of Patriot Plastics, Inc., a privately held family business based in Woburn, MA.
Serving the New England market for over 40 years, Patriot Plastics, Inc. has a rich history of meeting unique customer needs for engineering thermoplastics, with top-notch customer service. Their expertise in end-user markets such as medical, aerospace, semiconductor, and electrical has kept PPI on the cutting edge of innovation.

The acquisition of Patriot Plastics, Inc. is the first for Polymershapes as a standalone business in North America, following a successful 2018 share acquisition in South America.
