A twin wall profile extrusion made from polypropylene, Primex’s COR-X sheet has a smooth, even surface, consistent gauge, and great lay flat characteristics for exceptional printability in screen and digital print settings. For the very best printability, COR-X PRINT-X™ features a super smooth surface for high quality graphics.

PRIME IMPAX™ High Impact Polystyrene
One of the most trusted and versatile materials in the sign & graphics industry, PRIME IMPAX™ high-impact polystyrene is your solution for a variety of indoor and short-term outdoor graphics applications! Available in litho and screen grades, Polymershapes has the material that suits your print process and end-use. Litho grade is designed for offset/litho, flexo or digital printing, and features a dull matte surface with a consistent surface texture, and is normally corona treated. Screen grade is designed for screen & digital printing, flat bed routing and die cutting, and features a smoother and glossier texture than the litho grade.

Each of Primex’s digital grade high-impact polystyrene offerings are specifically formulated to meet the characteristics you need for the most demanding sign and graphics applications. PRIME DIGI-HIPS™ is a specialized formula offering higher impact levels, enhanced tensile strength, and UV inhibiting characteristics; your best choice for backlit applications, gradient color printing, or applications where additional processing will be applied, such as die cutting or routing. PRIME DIGITAL HIPS™ is your choice for standard digital printing, and is offered both corona and non-corona treated.
