Expanded Foam PVC sheet, also known as PVC foam, is a versatile material frequently used for a wide range of applications in the sign and graphics industry. Expanded closed-cell polyvinyl chloride (PVC) sheets are durable and rigid with a matte finish. Heat formable and chemically resistant, foam PVC provides color consistency throughout the sheet, and can be cut with a knife or blade, screen or digital printed, painted, die cut (in thinner gauges), and used as a mounting board. These versatile sheets provide an ideal substrate for forming, application of vinyl letters, and laminating.
