Reduce Costs & Increase Workload Efficiency with Industry Leading Products
Plastic is often more cost-effective than traditional building materials and is also more sustainable. Polycarbonate is more energy efficient to produce than glass, and it can reduce heating and cooling costs due to its strong thermal insulation properties. Plastic is available in a wide range of colors and textures, leading to unlimited design possibilities. Its lightweight design makes it safe and easy to install, reducing freight costs. While plastic meant for outdoor applications is engineered to withstand wind, weather, and UV rays, most plastic is recyclable at the end of its lifecycle, making it a sustainable and environmentally conscious choice. Certain materials, like HDPE, are even available in a recycled grade.

Applications
Aisle Containment
Multiwall polycarbonate is a go-to solution for hot and cold aisle containment systems in data centers. Lightweight and easy to install, it offers excellent thermal insulation to support energy efficiency and airflow management. Its rigidity and impact resistance make it a durable alternative to glass or acrylic, while its clear or frosted finish options maintain visibility and aesthetics.
Barriers & Partitions
Simona’s HDPE makes an excellent solution for barriers and bathroom partitions because it won’t corrode even in moist conditions and its chemical resistance makes it easy to clean and sterilize. It’s available in many colors and textures to match your desired aesthetic.
Bus Shelters & Specialty Enclosures
With a proprietary coating offering extreme abrasion resistance, LEXAN™ Margard™ is a specialty polycarbonate sheet perfect for outdoor structures like bus shelters that must be strong enough to withstand extreme weather and a volatile environment. PALGARD is another specialty polycarbonate formulated for top-of-the-line chemical resistance, making it easy to remove graffiti from its surface.
Cannabis Production
As cannabis production is legalized in additional states, many growers are seeking plastic solutions for their new operations. LEXAN™ THERMOCLEAR™’s high light transmission and excellent thermal properties make it perfect for greenhouses of all sorts. PALRAM DURACLAD® Interlocking PVC Liner Panels feature easy tongue and groove installation to quickly construct a low maintenance, moisture resistant structure for drying or storage.
Clear Boarding
When you need to cover the doors and windows of an abandoned building, choose Polycarbonate instead of plywood to prevent drawing attention to the vacancy and retain curb appeal.
Concrete Molds
Just like countertop templates, Cor-X or Coroplast twinwall polypropylene is the ideal solution for concrete molds because it is durable, lightweight, wear resistant, and cost effective.
Conduit Spacer
Polymershapes offers custom duct bank organizers to make installing underground electrical components a breeze. Fabricated to your specifications from chemical and corrosion resistant plastic, these spacers will lead to a faster and safer installation.
Countertop Templates
Cor-X or Coroplast twinwall polypropylene is the ideal lightweight and cost-effective material solution for countertop templates. More durable than cardboard and fiberboard, these reusable corrugated plastics sheets are easy to cut using common tools, wear and water resistant, and easy to bend into custom molds.
Glazing
From windows to bullet-proof barriers, polycarbonate can replace glass in most glazing applications. It’s lighter, more cost effective, and an excellent thermal insulator. At 200x stronger than glass, it’s virtually unbreakable! It can also be easily fabricated into sloped and curved designs. From standard LEXAN™ 9034 to MARGARD™ for more extreme environments, POLYVANTIS offers a complete line of polycarbonate for any glazing project.
Greenhouses
Polycarbonate is a thermal insulator, easy to bend and fabricate, and shatter resistant, making it cost-efficient and highly effective material for commercial, institutional, and residential greenhouses. LEXAN™ THERMOCLEAR™ is a multi-wall polycarbonate sheet offering exceptional light diffusion, optical clarity, and weatherability.
Outdoor Cabinets & Furniture
HDPE won’t chip, rot, delaminate or swell, ensuring your outdoor cabinets and furniture will remain sturdy for a long time. It’s available in a wide range of colors and even a woodgrain design, as well as cabinetry and recycled grades. Simona’s Boat Board HDPE was designed for harsh marine environments and offers the highest weatherability protection for furniture or playground equipment.
Security Windows, Hurricane Glazing, & Shutters
When you need a clear material that’s tougher than glass, we offer a variety of Polycarbonate and PVC solutions with both high impact strength and high optical clarity. LEXAN™ 9600 is fire resistant and meets FAR 25.853. Some solutions are engineered to resist bullets, blasts, and forced entry, making them perfect for security windows.
Skylights
Choose LEXAN™ Polycarbonate for skylights to save on cooling costs by letting in light while blocking infrared rays that would otherwise heat up a room. It’s also an excellent thermal insulator and even offers UV protection.
Wall Cladding
Shatter resistant PVC is a durable choice for many interior wall covering or wall cladding applications and is available in EZ Liner™ Interlocking Panels. LEXAN™ CLINIWALL™ provides better mechanical and thermal properties with excellent chemical resistance, lower smoke toxicity, and an antibacterial grade, making it perfect for public, healthcare, or industrial facilities that require frequent cleaning.
