Aluminum Composite Material (ACM)
Aluminum Composite Material (ACM) is a rigid sheet made of two sheets of pre-finished aluminum, bonded to a polyethylene core. Light-weight, without sacrificing durability, ACM sheets are often used for outdoor signage, and channel letter backings.
ETFE (Ethylene Tetrafluoroethylene)
Used in valves, fittings, bearings, pump components and electrical coatings, ETFE tubing is weather-resistant and inert to most solvents and chemicals. Versilon ETFE tubing is also radiation resistant.
Foam Polypropylene (PP)
Foamed polypropylene sheets, such as PolyCraft®, are an excellent choice for signage and displays. Lightweight, and UV resistant, the material can be used outdoors without concerns of graphics fading.
Foamboard and Paperboard
Foam and paper boards are staples of the sign and graphics industry. Lightweight and versatile, there are many options for these rigid, printable boards. Applications may include direct printed signage, dimensional lettering, mounting and backing for framing photographs and art, packaging, and more.
PTFE (Polytetrafluoroethylene)
Polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) is a high molecular weight polymer with excellent thermal and electrical insulation properties, and a low coefficient of friction. It is a highly versatile plastic material useful in a broad range of high technology market segments and products, and its properties can be modified by additives such as glass fiber, carbon, or graphite.
